You will collaborate with remote design teams, ensure data integrity, perform clash detection, and update models as designs evolve, with access to advanced BIM software and ongoing professional development in Eastern Cape.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Revit for architectural, structural, or MEP modeling.
• Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.

Aufgaben

• Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models based on architectural and engineering drawings.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project-specific standards and BIM execution plans.
• Perform clash detection and report potential issues to the project team.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve modeling discrepancies.
