Zusammenfassung

enspired GmbH in Vienna is seeking a Back Office Professional (f/m/x) to support our operations and contribute to the execution of our business processes within the Trading Operations Team. You will prepare and maintain customer and contract data for invoicing, assist with invoice validation and reconciliation, support risk mitigation and operational tasks, and help with reports and data quality initiatives.

The role is offered as marginal employment up to 8.5 hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program or related education
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient with Excel and data analysis tools
• Interest in energy markets, trading or operational processes
• Proactive, organized and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Collaborative mindset and ownership of work

Aufgaben

• Prepare and maintain customer and contract data for invoicing processes
• Support invoice validation and reconciliation activities
• Assist Trading Operations with risk mitigation and operational tasks
• Contribute to process improvements and data quality initiatives
