Unknown is seeking a Regional Service Manager to oversee service and fleet reliability across locations in Austria. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with regional performance oversight, reporting to executive leadership and driving safety, uptime and cost efficiency.

You will lead Workshop Supervisors, Service Coordinators and Technicians, ensure maintenance to OEM and standards, and manage budgets and warranty recovery while adhering to WHS legislation.

Qualifikationen

• Senior operational leadership in service and maintenance of plant/equipment.
• Experience directing workshop supervisors, coordinators and technicians.
• Knowledge of EWPs, telehandlers, hydraulics and electrical systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and operational oversight to service teams across the region.
• Lead workshops, supervisors, coordinators and technicians; escalate complex service issues.
• Ensure EWPs are serviced and maintained to OEM requirements and safety standards.
• Drive preventative maintenance to minimise breakdowns and downtime.
• Oversee service scheduling, prioritisation and labour utilisation across branches.
• Act as senior technical escalation point for recurring faults.
• Liaise with OEMs on technical support and warranty claims.
• Manage regional service budgets, parts usage and warranty recovery.
• Ensure WHS compliance and incident reporting.
