Acting as the interface between headquarters, subsidiaries, and partners, you will provide leadership, coordination, and strategic input to strengthen service operations throughout the EMEA network.
Job Description
- Lead all service-related activities across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with global service strategies and standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for subsidiaries, distributors, and key accounts, supporting the development and expansion of regional service organizations.
- Implement and monitor the Corporate Service Standard (CSS), conducting regular audits and on-site visits to ensure consistent quality.
- Analyse service KPIs and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends and competitor offerings to support the creation of innovative, future-ready service concepts.
- Collaborate closely with National Service Managers and internal stakeholders on resource planning, technician development, and execution of service strategies.
- Resolve escalated service issues and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular visits and proactive support.
- Standardize service processes and materials across the region, while contributing to the development of cross-border service agreements with Key Account Management.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in service management within a high-tech industrial environment.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-country service operations and remote teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German and other language skills are an advantage.
- Proficiency in SAP (CRM, ERP) and Microsoft Office tools; CRM know-how is especially important.
- Valid driver’s license and passport.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% within the EMEA region.

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4,500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
