Zusammenfassung

UNOPS Austria Multi-Country Office is hiring a Project Manager (Implementation) to lead the regional initiative, coordinate across governments and partners, and ensure delivery within agreed time, cost, scope, and quality parameters.

The role requires strong planning, stakeholder engagement, and governance expertise to drive capacity development and knowledge exchange across participating countries while aligning with donor requirements and UNOPS standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in managing complex projects/programmes with multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, implementation, and control processes.

Aufgaben

• Develop, complete and update the project implementation plan.
• Implement the approved plan within set milestones and tolerances.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with applicable policies and standards.
• Provide timely oversight and analysis of delivery data within dashboards.
