Zusammenfassung

PerkinElmer is seeking a Customer Service Engineer - Refrigeration (m/w/d) to perform maintenance and repair on CTUs and related equipment in a GxP regulated environment at customer sites in Switzerland. You will diagnose, calibrate, and repair freezers, refrigerators, incubators, and climatic chambers, while documenting activities in CCMS/SMMS per ALCOA+.

Responsibilities include providing timely repairs, maintaining high customer service, and supporting the CSE team on site.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Refrigeration/Cooling Appliances Repair Technician.
• Business proficiency in English and German.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Provide timely, knowledgeable, and quality repairs of Customers’ appliances.
• Maintain high-quality Customer service and care.
• Look for ways to improve business performance and enhance the Customer experience.
• Communicate benefits of the Value-Added Services Process to the Customer.
• Author maintenance & calibration protocols in line with pertinent standards (ISO, USP, …).
• Integrate and support the Customer Service Engineers (CSE) team on site, performing frontline assistance, maintenance and qualification of simple devices, such as thermometers, heat blocks, analytical balances, refrigerated centrifuges, etc.
