RHI Magnesita is recruiting a post-merger integration manager in Vienna for a hybrid, full-time role. You will drive integration planning, governance, and cross-functional workstreams across acquisitions to ensure a smooth transition and realization of synergies.

As a post-merger integration manager, you will facilitate the integration of companies from signing transaction documents to a final review by senior management 1-2 years after closing. You will lead communication and change management activities, including Day-1 communications, integration workshops, welcome events, and regular updates to employees and leadership. Furthermore, you will identify opportunities to simplify and automate integration activities by leveraging digital solutions, AI, and data-driven reporting. This role requires international travel for approximately 30% of your working time to acquired companies, helping you build relationships, support integration activities, and ensure the successful adoption of processes, systems, and culture.

The annual gross salary for this full‑time position starts at €75,000.00, with a competitive package based on qualifications, experience, and market values.
