Netcompany is seeking a React Developer to lead front-end excellence on large-scale digital transformation projects impacting EU citizens. You will guide teams, shape strategy, and ensure delivery of complex solutions using React.js, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling.

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborate with architects and product owners, and promote best practices, clean code, and scalable web applications while staying current with new front-end technologies.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with strong hands-on expertise in React.js.
• Strong command of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Solid understanding of front-end architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration patterns, plus CI/CD and Git workflows.
• Experience in Agile environments and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for stakeholder collaboration.

• Contribute to the front-end architecture and technical direction across projects, helping build scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with and support cross-functional development teams , sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to a strong engineering culture.
• Act as a technical point of reference for React and front-end technologies , promoting best practices, clean code, and consistent engineering standards.
• Work closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust and practical technical solutions.
• Design and develop high-performance, secure, and scalable web applications using modern front-end technologies.
• Follow and contribute to coding standards, CI/CD practices, testing strategies, and modern development methodologies .
• Identify technical challenges and risks early, contributing to effective solutions and mitigation strategies.
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and tools , helping evaluate and introduce improvements where they add value.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of front-end architecture, state management, component design, and performance optimization .
• Good understanding of web application architecture, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns .
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, testing, and modern front-end build and development tools .
• Experience working in Agile development environments , collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills , with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to take ownership of technical solutions, contribute to engineering decisions, and support less experienced team members .
