Netcompany is seeking a React Developer to lead front-end excellence on large-scale digital transformation projects impacting EU citizens. You will guide teams, shape strategy, and ensure delivery of complex solutions using React.js, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling.

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborate with architects and product owners, and promote best practices, clean code, and scalable web applications while staying current with new front-end technologies.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with strong hands-on expertise in React.js.
• Strong command of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Solid understanding of front-end architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration patterns, plus CI/CD and Git workflows.
• Experience in Agile environments and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for stakeholder collaboration.
