Racing Unleashed AG seeks a Racing Lounge Supervisor for our Cham lounge. You will lead a small team, manage daily operations, and ensure premium guest experiences while coordinating with headquarters to drive revenue growth.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Racing Lounge Cham with responsibility for daily operations and team management.
• Be the primary host, delivering premium guest experiences and representing the brand.
• Plan and manage on-site events, coordinating all touchpoints for seamless execution.
• Coordinate with catering partners to ensure high-quality F&B service and guest support.
• Oversee lounge staff, scheduling, onboarding, and day-to-day coaching.
• Manage daily operations including booking system, guest flow, and service standards.
• Handle POS and cash management in line with internal processes.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels to ensure availability.
• Ensure a clean, functional, high-quality lounge environment at all times.
• Collaborate with leadership, IT, and technicians to ensure systems and simulators run smoothly.
• Support financial and administrative topics with Headquarters in Cham.
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve the lounge offering.

RACING LOUNGE SUPERVISOR, Cham (80 - 100%)

Role Overview

As part of a small, close-knit team, you are responsible for lounge operations at our Lounge in Cham, creating excellent customer experiences and growing our community. In this role, you are an important representative of our brand. In addition to on-site lounge operations, you ensure smooth communication with our headquarters in Cham and drive revenue growth in collaboration with the relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities

Overall leadership and operational responsibility for the Racing Loung in Cham, including team management and daily operations:

• Act as the primary host and face of the Racing Lounge Zurich Cham, delivering a premium and welcoming guest experience
• Plan and manage events on-site, coordinating all touchpoints for a seamless execution
• In collaboration with our catering partners, ensure high-quality F&B service and smooth guest support in the lounge
• Lead the lounge team: staffing, shift scheduling, holiday planning, onboarding, and day-to-day coaching
• Take ownership of daily operations, including the booking system, guest flow, and service standards
  Handle POS and cash management reliably and in line with internal processes
• Monitor, manage, and optimize inventory (stock control, ordering, and availability)
• Maintain the lounge environment, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and a high-quality appearance at all times
• Ensure the smooth functioning of systems and simulators in collaboration with leadership, IT, and technicians
• Support financial and administrative topics in collaboration with Headquarters in Cham
