The candidate will connect scientific opportunities with operational readiness, ensure platform standardization, and build partnerships across internal and external ecosystems to deliver business value.

Qualificações

• Mandatory: senior leadership across Research/CMC/Manufacturing or IT domains.
• Mandatory: end-to-end lifecycle leadership from R&D to quality.
• Mandatory: experience leading technology innovation in regulated environments.
• Mandatory: understanding of enterprise architecture and SDLC.

Responsabilidades

• Act as PDT R&D integrator across functions and delivery partners to align tech with business needs.
• Drive technology portfolio from discovery through scale-up and adoption.
• Provide leadership linking scientific opportunity with operational readiness and manufacturability.
• Maintain a multi-year roadmap aligned to business priorities and lifecycle milestones.
• Establish cross-functional governance for initiatives with clear options and trade-offs.
• Track value realization and performance metrics across technology initiatives.
• Ensure interface alignment with PDT BU, Global R&D, and external partners.
