To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join us. This role will provide leadership to the site and technical leadership in the area of quality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain a culture which values Quality requirements of the business.
  • People leadership (This position has 5 direct and 10 indirect reports.)
  • Reporting and Audits.
  • Enable process changes and improvements through consultation, coaching and empowerment.

About you:

  • Science or technical degree in an associated or complementary discipline (Food Safety, Food Technology.)
  • Experience in a Quality management role in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to prepare reports and documentation to meet site and audit requirements.
  • Understand and comply with the requirements of the HACCP Food Safety Program.
  • Well-developed people leadership, change management and team building skills.
