Job Description:

Join our Global Operations team as a Quality Management Visit Professional and play a key role in ensuring the highest standards for RedBull Point Of Sales items. You will be responsible for handling quality complaints, conducting product inspections, and maintaining quality documentation to ensure compliance with global standards. If you have a keen eye for detail, technical expertise, and a structured approach to quality management, this role is for you.

As a Quality Management Visit Professional, you will oversee the quality assurance of RedBull POS items, including bars and electrical devices. You will manage quality complaints from subsidiaries and distribution partners, conduct inspections at supplier sites, and ensure all quality documentation is maintained. Your work will directly contribute to delivering high-quality products to our global partners.

Responsibilities

• 
  Handle complaints from subsidiaries and distribution partners, ensuring all issues are properly assessed and resolved. Work closely with production facilities to implement effective countermeasures and maintain quality standards.

• 
  Plan and organize product inspections for RedBull's POS items, ensuring compliance with predefined quality standards. Use measurement tools to inspect parameters such as color, noise, and temperature.

• 
  Create and manage quality documents, including procedures, test results, and manuals, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the latest versions for seamless quality management across the supply chain.

• 
  Conduct on-site quality checks at supplier locations within Europe, ensuring production facilities meet RedBull’s quality guidelines.

• 
  Collaborate with internal teams (Global VISIT Procurement, Supply Chain, subsidiaries) and external partners (suppliers, inspection companies, laboratories) to maintain high quality standards across markets.

Minimum Requirements

• A technical education background (e.g., HTL, University of Applied Science, or College).
• At least 5 years of experience in a technical production environment.
• Strong IT knowledge, including proficiency in Office applications and ERP systems.
• Experience with root cause analysis and 8D reports is an advantage.
• A structured, detail-oriented work approach ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Ability to work with international stakeholders and communicate effectively across regions.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel 20-30%.
