VusionGroup is seeking a QA/Process Quality Specialist in Graz, Austria to support hardware, firmware, and software during development and production. You will work with multiple departments to improve products and ensure quality along the supply chain.

Requirements include a technical electronics degree and 2+ years in manufacturing or testing, fluent German and good English, and a team-oriented, independent working style. This is a full-time role with hybrid benefits and strong career growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company or testing department.
• Experience in designing internal processes and improving management systems.
• Good understanding of test and manufacturing processes for electronic devices.

Responsabilités

• Quality support during development for Hardware/Firmware/Software.
• Continuous product and process improvement for Hardware/Firmware/Software.
• Continuous improvement of processes and the management system.
• Assuring product quality along the supply chain.
• Complaint management and 8D reporting.
