Infineon Technologies Austria AG in Kärnten/Villach sucht eine engagierte Master-Studentin oder Praktikantin im Bereich Elektronik. Sie arbeiten an der Definition von Systemschutz-Systemen, dem Hardware-Entwurf (Schaltplan/ Layout) sowie Simulation und Debugging von Schaltungen.

Ein Abschlussarbeitsthema ist möglich und wird in Kooperation mit der Universität erstellt. Die Anstellung ist zeitlich befristet (6 Monate minimum) als Vollzeit- oder Teilzeitstelle mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten von

Qualifikationen

• Motivierte(r) Studierende(r) im Bereich Elektronik, Elektrotechnik oder Ähnliches.
• Kenntnisse im Schaltungsentwurf und MOSFET-Funktionalität sind von Vorteil.
• Gute Labornutzungskompetenzen und analytisches Denkvermögen werden erwartet.

Aufgaben

• Systemschutz-Syste­me Definition.
• Hardware-Entwurf (Schaltplan und Layout).
• Schaltungs-Simulationen durchführen.
• Schaltungs-Fehleranalyse und -Testen.

The completion of a Master's thesis within the employment is possible and supported.

This thesis has to be written in cooperation with an university.

Type of employment: Temporary / Full-time or Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)

You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student from the field of Electronics, Electrical Engineering or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:

• Knowlegde on circuit design
• Knowlegde on MOSFET functionality and control
• Knowlegde on Lab equipment usage and handling
• Strong analytical and focus skills
• Natural problem solving attitude
• Excellent English skills
