Responsibilities:

1. Act as the Technical SME for all things QA/ QC / Labs Facility.
2. This person should have experience working within a large Laboratory environment or overseeing a new lab/QA/ QC setup.
3. The QA/ QC Building Lead should collaborate with the design and vendor teams, offering their technical expertise during design, construction, and handover of buildings.
4. Participate in QA/QC/Lab construction group meetings for the project.

Requirements:

1. 20 years + experience in related industries (biopharma, life sciences).
2. Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in German and in English.
3. Detailed knowledge of construction sequences and construction methodologies.
4. Track record of successful project delivery within a > billion $ project.
