As the Human Compass, you’ll review flagged content, assess AI interactions for bias, and report gray areas where responses could be safer. Native language plus basic English help shape responsible AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• Native-level proficiency in your primary language.
• Basic English (B1) reading project guides and safety rules.
• Empathy and logical thinking to identify risks.

Responsibilities

• Safety Reviews: assess AI-generated content for safety and helpfulness.
• Behavior Analysis: detect biased or unfair AI interactions.
• Risk Reporting: identify gray areas and suggest safer responses.
• Mental Health Awareness: ensure sensitive topics are handled with care.
