We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Property Portfolio Administrator to join our boutique team on Chevron Island. This is a flexible role offering 25–30 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as required.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end administration support for a mixed-use property portfolio (retail, commercial, and industrial)
- Liaise professionally with tenants, landlords, contractors, and service providers
- Assist with lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears management, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate maintenance requests and property inspections
- Prepare documentation and reports as required
- General administrative duties to support property operations
Requirements
- Real Estate Salesperson Licence (QLD), or be willing to complete the course for a Salesperson licence
- Previous experience in commercial property management – essential
- Trust account experience would be an advantage
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management
- Experience with property management programs (e.g. GOAT, RP Office, or similar program)
