We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Property Portfolio Administrator to join our boutique team on Chevron Island. This is a flexible role offering 25–30 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end administration support for a mixed-use property portfolio (retail, commercial, and industrial)
  • Liaise professionally with tenants, landlords, contractors, and service providers
  • Assist with lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears management, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and property inspections
  • Prepare documentation and reports as required
  • General administrative duties to support property operations
Requirements
  • Real Estate Salesperson Licence (QLD), or be willing to complete the course for a Salesperson licence
  • Previous experience in commercial property management – essential
  • Trust account experience would be an advantage
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and time management
  • Experience with property management programs (e.g. GOAT, RP Office, or similar program)
