Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene HTL oder Lehre in Elektrotechnik/Mechatronik.
  • Erfahrung in der Gebäudetechnik ist von Vorteil.

Currently, we are looking to strengthen our team with a dedicated “Project Technician / Commissioning Technician (mwd) Building Automation” in Hallwang (Salzburg), Austria.

As a Project Technician at Honeywell, you will carry out the commissioning of building automation systems for HVAC and electrical systems, assist in programming, and coordinate on the construction site.

In this interesting, varied, and future-oriented field, you will work in the project team and support the responsible project manager.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Commissioning and programming of DDC control systems, MSR control cabinets, and BMS systems
  2. Maintenance and repair work on MSR systems
  3. Commissioning of interfaces (e.g., M-Bus, Modbus, KNX, BACnet)
  4. The work is to be carried out independently for small projects, and in a team for larger systems
  5. Participation in project team meetings
  6. Participation in construction meetings or customer meetings as a representative of the project manager
Your Profile:
  1. Completed HTL (Higher Technical Institute) or apprenticeship in electrical engineering/mechatronics or equivalent training
  2. Preferably experience in building automation (measurement, control, regulation, and building management technology)
  3. Basic experience with automation technology is an advantage
  4. Knowledge and experience in HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems) is an advantage
  5. Very good PC skills (Windows, Office, network)
  6. Interest in new and future-oriented technologies
  7. High willingness to learn, flexibility, and self-organization
  8. Confident appearance, good communication, and a pronounced customer and service orientation
  9. Willingness to travel within Austria
  10. Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
  11. Good English language skills are advantageous
