The Project Manager for Hydro Projects in South-East Europe is the leader and thus, plays the crucial role in successful execution.Primary responsibilities include developing and implementation of a promising project strategy, ensuring that financial objectives are met, overseeing timely and quality execution, making and/or forcing high-level decisions, assessment and mitigation of potential project risks as well as managing opportunities and implementation of variation orders, and interfacing with customers, owner’s engineer, consultants and consortia members.

Your main tasks

  • You have the overall responsibility for the project
  • Definition, implementation and management of project strategies are among your main tasks
  • You lead and coordinate the project team, including the consortia members
  • To coordinate external stakeholders, customers, owners engineer and consultants is necessary
  • You are able to handle conflicts and challenges between project stakeholders
  • As a professional, you will drive the financial success of our projects through effective management of risks and opportunities
  • You ensure and execute the comprehensive project plan, including tasks, timelines and milestones, with specific focus on float and fragnets
  • Define resource requirements and maintain efficient allocation will be key responsibilities
  • Facilitate effective collaboration as well as open communication within the project team is obvious for you
  • Conduct and drive lessons learned and best practices for future projects

Your skills

  • Your experience as a Project Manager or a similar role in project execution in South-East European countries is proven
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities also as strong leadership and organizational skills distinguish you
  • Your comprehensive communication and interpersonal skills are excellent
  • Strong financial insight and budget management experience complete your profile
  • You have fluent English and Serbian or Croation language skills
  • Basic knowledge of industry standards and regulations are available

The annual gross salary for this position is EUR 60.000,- based on full-time employment (collective agreement for the metal industry). Depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to offer a higher salary.
