Join our Game Publishing team as a Project Manager/Producer and drive internal and external projects forward. Working closely with development partners and internal teams, you'll coordinate the key activities required to create and ship successful games - from production and development to marketing and launch.
Be responsible for the planning, timelines, and execution of projects directly connected to game publishing or supporting the publishing team. Ensure projects stay on track, proactively identify challenges, and drive them towards successful delivery in a fast-changing environment.
Help to grow and manage the player community. Help ensuring players voices are heard and understood to reflect on game projects. Manage game activations globally to support local campaigns.
Act as the first point of contact for game projects, both internally and externally. Build strong relationships with development partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Bring a strong interest in the gaming industry and an understanding of game monetization systems. Understand what makes a great game and actively contribute to decision-making processes that shape the development and publishing of our games.
Monitor game analytics and performance to understand how our games are performing and where opportunities for improvement exist. Use relevant insights to support decisions and help drive the continued success of our games.
