Company Description
As a Project Manager/Development Engineer (f/m/x) in the central R&D department, you will develop innovative sensor concepts and drive their implementation. You will identify new technologies, assess their feasibility, and realize prototypes – embedded in a dynamic, interdisciplinary team.
Job Description
Planning and leading interdisciplinary development projects
Proposing and developing new sensor systems
Technology scouting and monitoring of relevant technological fields
Preparing and communicating technical results to stakeholders
Practical implementation of functional setups on a lab scale and prototype development
Serving as an internal contact person for technical inquiries
Qualifications
Completed university degree (TU/FH) in electrical engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar field
First experience with COMSOL Multiphysics or equivalent software is an advantage
Analytical and solution-oriented working style
Team spirit, hands-on mentality, high self-motivation, and openness to exploring new technology fields
Good written and spoken English skills

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position, it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 4.000 to € 5.000.
