About the Role
This hands-on role goes beyond traditional project management. You’ll take the reins from early-stage estimating and procurement right through to on-site delivery and handover. You'll thrive in a studio-based setting, driving efficiencies in cost, schedule, and quality across every stage of the build lifecycle.

What You'll Do

1. Lead projects with a commercial mindset to achieve profitability and performance benchmarks
2. Oversee budgets, timelines, tendering, procurement, and compliance
3. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders—clients, consultants, trades, and suppliers
4. Report on progress and costs, manage variations, and drive streamlined contract administration
5. Collaborate with factory and site teams through daily stand-ups and weekly toolbox sessions
6. Ensure projects pass quality checks, WHS compliance, and client satisfaction—first time, every time

What You’ll Need to Succeed

1. Background in residential construction project management
2. Experience in estimating and contracts administration
3. Strong grasp of NCC and modern building practices
4. Proficiency in project software (BuilderTrend, Procore, or similar)
5. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
6. A drive to innovate, lead and continuously improve
