Qualifikationen

• 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Projektmanager, idealerweise in IT oder Softwareprojekten.
• Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.

Job Introduction: Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience. The mission of our Public Safety business unit is to ensure that police, rescue and fire departments can concentrate on the core of their job - saving lives. We are looking for a project manager (all genders) with experience to implement our software-based information and communication solutions for our international customers.

Key Tasks

1. Overall commercial, social and technical responsibility (together with the Lead System Engineer) for international customer projects
2. Active planning, control and coordination of project resources (budgets, milestones, quality, deadlines, tasks, etc.)
3. Ongoing reporting of project status as well as compliance and tracking of agreed goals and project standards
4. Participation and application in risk, claims and change management processes
5. Internal and external stakeholder management
6. Acquiring change requests and supporting the offer in coordination with sales

Key Qualifications

1. Completed technical or commercial training at an academic level
2. At least three to five years of professional experience as a project manager (ideal: IT or SW projects)
3. Knowledge and practical experience of common PM tools and methods
4. Fluent German and very good English skills
5. A high level of customer understanding and a confident demeanor paired with responsible actions and a high level of commitment
6. Analytical thinking skills and good comprehension of technical contexts (telecommunications/IT)
7. Strong social skills and solution-oriented approach to challenges in the team and with customers
8. Project management certification advantageous
9. Approximately 10-15% willingness to travel
