EonfluxTech is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Freelance) to oversee IT projects from initiation to completion. This remote, async-first role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver on time, within scope and budget.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define goals, establish timelines, monitor progress, manage risks, and maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience managing IT or software development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager (Freelance) to oversee and coordinate IT projects from initiation to completion.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

As a Remote Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project goals, establish timelines, and monitor progress.
