Job summary

F.LIST, a family-run company based in Austria, invites an experienced logistics professional to join our central logistics team in Thomasberg. You will plan, organize and monitor logistics tasks, coordinate with production, purchasing and sales, and oversee external providers for transport, warehousing and forwarding.

You will also manage master data in our ERP system, support logistics projects, and ensure compliance and smooth customs clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, organizing and optimizing central logistics tasks.
• Ability to coordinate with internal departments (production, purchasing, sales).
• Proficiency in managing logistics documentation and master data.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in planning, organization, management, and optimization of central logistics tasks and external providers to ensure cost-efficient processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods per deadlines, quantities, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and sales to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Manage logistics documentation and ERP master data, update digital shipping lists.
• Support planning and implementation of logistics projects.
• Review shipping documents for compliance and facilitate smooth customs clearance.

• Actively participate in the planning, organization, management, and optimization of central logistics tasks, as well as the selection, coordination, and monitoring of external logistics service providers (transport, freight forwarding, and warehousing), thereby contributing to efficient, reliable, and cost-effective processes, reduced logistics costs, and a balanced price-performance ratio.
• Ensure the timely delivery of goods in compliance with agreed deadlines, quantities, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments - such as production, purchasing, and sales- to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Manage logistics documentation, master data maintenance, and the ongoing updating of digital shipping lists within the company’s ERP system.
• Support the planning and implementation of logistics projects.

We attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Therefore, we undertake to quote a salary of EUR 2.600,- gross p.m. on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). However, we would like to emphasize that the actual salary will be determined individually and on the basis of your qualifications and professional experience as well as the internal salary structure. We will clarify this together when we know each other.
