Job summary

F/LIST invites you to start a woodworking apprenticeship in Thomasberg, Austria. Learn the art of woodworking, planning and design, and production of wooden products using modern tools, machines and computer-aided drafting.

We offer international skills exchange, individual development support, flex days, apprentice compensation, lunch, transport allowance, health initiative, and team events. Next apprenticeship program starts August 2027.

As part of our team you will...

• learn everything about the art of woodworking and the processing of wood-based materials, plastics and metal.
• work on the planning and design of workpieces: You'll learn to turn ideas into tangible projects, whether it's a bespoke piece of furniture or an artful design object.
• be responsible for the production of a wide variety of wooden products: Your hands will become the tools to transform wood into diverse products, from traditional wooden furniture to modern creations.
• operate the tools, machines and equipment required for woodworking: You will master the variety of tools to shape and form wood and other materials.
• work with computer-aided woodworking: Modern technology plays an important role in carpentry. You will learn how to use computer programs to create precise and innovative designs.

• have a positive school leaving certificate (9 years of schooling): This is the starting point to get started.
