Role Description
Innerspace supports pharmaceutical companies in maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency in aseptic manufacturing. By combining deep industry expertise with data intelligence, we uncover new perspectives on processes, risk, and training – helping our customers make informed decisions and optimize their operations. As a Project Implementation Manager, you will assist project leads in delivering Quality Risk Management (QRM) solutions from kick-off to go-live.
Responsibilities
- Project implementation support
Support project leads and implement projects for our Quality Risk Management (QRM) solutions, from kick-off to go-live, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are met.
- Stakeholder Communication
Assist project leads in communication loops between clients, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders, translating project lead’s business and technical goals into actionable tasks.
- Project Implementation
Ensure customers are engaged, informed, and empowered throughout the implementation process; identify risks early and act proactively to maintain a strong partnership.
- Process & Tool Management
Utilize project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and communicate effectively across departments.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with QRM consultants and project leads to align delivery timelines with customer requirements and regulatory expectations.
- Continuous Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in implementation processes and propose solutions to increase speed, clarity, or customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage both executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in project management, program delivery, or implementation are a plus.
- Interest in understanding project lifecycle, agile delivery, and change management practices.
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn about the full drug development and manufacturing cycle in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proactive mindset: you flag risks early, offer solutions, and move projects forward.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar tools is a strong plus.
Conditions and Benefits
- Minimum gross salary of 45.000 € per year (overpayment possible).
- Flexible working time and the possibility to work from home.
- Permanent full-time contract (38.5 hours/week).
