Job Title: Project Finance Controller

YOUR MISSION:

• Work with the delivery project manager to prepare a project revenue and cost budget
  
• Be responsible for project budget and monthly forecast
  
• Monitor the project revenue and cost to fulfill the budget
  
• Overview project monthly P&L and analyze variances
  
• Ability to analyze trends and differences, analyze the root causes of business changes, and have the ability to drive business improvement
  
• Prepare the project financial operations report and dashboard
  
• Offer support to the Project Manager or CFO with other related activities (meeting support / issues follow up / information collection etc.)
  
• Responsible for data collection from the internal systems and publishing

YOUR PROFILE:

• Education: at least BAGraduate in finance and/or accounting
• Work experience: preferred have project financial controller experience; at least 1 years in related area, Project management area is preferred
• Analytical skill - ability to put data into valuable information for decision making or solving problem
• Communication - can effectively understand requirements/questions, put across the required information in a clear, logical, concise and precise manner
• Fluent in German and English in both speaking and writing,
• Microsoft office knowledge
• Resistant to stress and capable to work with tight deadlines
