Your Responsibilities

  • Support in issuing an application for research funding by the Austrian Science Foundation (FWF) relating to the project “DIGI-INT” within the profile research area Smart Regulation
  • Support of the research activities of Prof. Lurger relating to the project “DIGI-INT”

The Projekt DIGI-INT deals with the conflict of laws (PIL, international jurisdiction, recognition and enforcement, public international law) of EU regulatory acts concerning the internet and digitalization (like DSA, DMA, GPDR, Data Act, P2B-R) and analyzes the global effectiveness and enforceability of these regulations.

Your Profile

  • Completed diploma or master’s degree in Law
  • Good knowledge of Austrian Civil Law, Private International Law, and related areas of law (especially European Law)
  • Excellent written an spoken German and English language skills
  • Communication, organizational and teamwork skills

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52,007.20 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
