• Define projects; requirements gathering, write detailed project/business cases, coordinate efforts to scope, schedule and deploy programs together with the business and customer
• Work closely with Technology manager and business development managers to define the roadmap for key projects that contribute to growth of the sector specific design-build/SI projects
• Lead programs through transition from ideation to execution and represent Neways in customer discussions
• Research to better define the opportunity and understand customer requirements and lead the business case from initiation till scale production
• Develop stakeholder communication and strong E2E collaboration with stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate with technical development teams to build new propositions, features and programs
• Work on programs that are mission critical to the company
• Engage with projects and work in natural teams to align on phases, cost and objectives to ultimately deliver

Your profile and DNA

Passionate professional who maintains a curiosity to learn, has strong technical acumen, and can engage in program excellence. Capable of understanding customer needs, supporting innovative solutions, and building a strong value proposition for customers.

• Minimum master degree from a technical university and preferably IPMA certified
• Strong ‘can do’ mindset and customer focus
• Min 10 years of experience in a high-tech B2B industry related to the sector (Semicon, Smart Mobility or Connectivity), including technical project or program management experience
• Experience supporting technical decisions with customers within a team, collaborating with technology managers and business developers
• Ability to think broadly and strategically about electronic-based solutions and make recommendations based on data and facts
• Understanding multiple technologies and their interactions for customer benefit
• Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, skilled at stakeholder management
• Willingness to travel (up to 50%) and self-motivated to work independently in a virtual environment
