The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the legal field at the interface of national and international reorganisation and restructuring law and corporate law in research and teaching, taking particular account of the respective interlinkages and interactions. In this respect, in addition to academic credentials and practical experience in the field of insolvency administration and debtor representation, the examination of relevant corporate law issues is also relevant. The successful candidate is also expected to be involved in the specialisation area of insolvency and restructuring law. In addition, interdisciplinary networking with relevant centres and institutions on a national and international level should take place. Supervision of subject-relevant theses is expected.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, aiming for academic excellence and integrity in research and teaching. He/she will have demonstrated ability to collaborate constructively in a responsible manner and inspire colleagues and students in an interdisciplinary, internationally oriented context.
