Tip Top Bakery at Carrara is currently seeking applications for Full-Time Team Leaders to join our production and warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and encouragement, while ensuring that a high level of food safety and product quality are met. You will actively promote safe work practices and ensure a safe work environment is maintained by all members of your team.

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned production operator or warehouse operator to take their next step in their leadership career!

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience within a similar role within an FMCG company.
• Computer literacy.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team.
• Good communication, literacy, and numerical skills with ability to confidently liaise with management and employees.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Be result orientated without compromising Safety or Quality.
