You will perform machine-assisted preparation and cutting of cables, wires, and heat-shrink tubing, under trained supervision, and ensure materials and production orders are fulfilled with accuracy. • Prior production, assembly, or similar experience is a plus.

After comprehensive training, you will take on clearly defined tasks and help ensure that our production team is reliably supplied with prepared materials.

Job Description

• Machine-assisted preparation and cutting of cables, wires, and heat-shrink tubing according to specified production orders
• Operation of our semi- and fully automated machines after appropriate training
• Performing basic setup, inspection, and maintenance tasks
• Providing and preparing the materials required for ongoing production
• Carrying out logistics and inventory activities
• Carefully following defined work procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

• A technical qualification is not required – reliability, accuracy, willingness to learn, and an interest in technical topics are what matter to us
• Previous experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, or a similar environment is an advantage
• Enjoyment of practical, clearly structured, and repetitive tasks
• Willingness to learn how to operate our machines and follow our processes
• A careful and conscientious approach to work
• Sufficient German language skills to safely understand work instructions and production orders
• Team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
