You will perform machine-assisted preparation and cutting of cables, wires, and heat-shrink tubing, under trained supervision, and ensure materials and production orders are fulfilled with accuracy. Qualifikationen

• A technical qualification is not required; reliability and willingness to learn matter.
• Prior production, assembly, or similar experience is a plus.
• Enjoy practical, structured, repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to learn machine operation and processes.
• Careful and conscientious work approach.
• Sufficient German to understand work instructions.

Aufgaben

• Machine-assisted preparation and cutting of cables, wires, and heat-shrink tubing according to production orders.
• Operation of semi- and fully automated machines after training.
• Basic setup, inspection, and maintenance tasks.
• Providing and preparing materials required for ongoing production.
• Carrying out logistics and inventory activities.
• Following defined work procedures and quality standards.
