Qualifikationen

• University degree in IT or Computer Science.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Experience applying ITSM frameworks (incident, problem, change, asset).
• Proven IT operations and services management experience in production.
• Ability to align IT services with business needs and manage projects.

Aufgaben

• Oversee lifecycle management of local IT infrastructure, including networks and servers.
• Ensure IT service availability and incident response with KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate external partners and internal stakeholders to align IT capabilities with business needs.
• Lead IT projects per Red Bull methodology, ensuring security and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement, AI enablement, and automation in production IT.
