The position is full-time and operates on a rotating two-shift schedule, with a base salary starting at 2,727.40 EUR gross per month and potential overpayment based on experience and qualifications.

Job Overview

ENPULSION is looking for a Production Employee (f/m/x) to join our Production team and support the assembly and production of satellite propulsion systems. This is a hands‑on role where accuracy, reliability and quality are essential. You will work with small, high‑precision components and follow clearly defined production processes.

The position is full‑time and operates on a rotating two‑shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble high-precision components according to work instructions
• Carry out defined production processes and document production data
• Prepare workstations, tools and equipment
• Perform basic maintenance of laboratory equipment, including vacuum systems
• Identify production issues and report deviations
• Follow all quality and safety requirements
• Support your colleagues and contribute to smooth daily production

Type of contract: 38.5 hours/week

Salary: The minimum base salary for this position starts at EUR 2.727,40 gross per month, with a planned significant overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications.

• Strong technical or manual interest (technical training in electronics, mechanics, or a comparable field is an advantage).
• High attention to detail and excellent fine‑motor skills.
• Reliable, structured, and quality‑focused way of working.
• Ability to follow defined processes and instructions.
• Good English skills are required.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a production, laboratory, or clean‑room environment.
• Technical training, such as a completed apprenticeship or HTL education, is helpful but not required.
• Previous exposure to 2‑shift operations.
