The Business Analytics solution is part of the Dynatrace platform, enabling analytics and automation on top of observability, security, and business data, aimed at business audiences to drive modern BizDevSecOps approaches. Dynatrace aims to simplify real-time business decisions by putting data into context amidst data explosion.

• Lead the business analytics solution like a startup, leveraging Dynatrace innovations, enterprise platform, and partner ecosystem.
• Define and execute product and go-to-market strategies, prioritize goals, and maximize customer value.
• Monitor industry trends to keep Dynatrace at the forefront of innovation.
• Achieve solution KPIs (e.g., ARR, growth, delivery) with sales and delivery teams.
• Drive growth towards a multi-hundred-million Euro solution with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Represent the company at webinars, conferences, and analyst briefings.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in software/technology (SaaS).
• 10+ years in product management leadership.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, cloud, SaaS, and analytics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience working with global enterprise clients and B2B partnerships.
• Leadership skills in agile teams, managing successfully.
• Self-motivated, creative, and efficient in solving complex problems.

Compensation and Rewards:
