Philips Dictation | Speech Processing Solutions in Vienna seeks an experienced Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for the hardware portfolio. You will collaborate with Hardware Engineering, Software Development and commercial teams to bring innovative, integrated devices to market.

You will drive end-to-end lifecycle management, from concept through launch and sunset, ensuring a seamless product experience across hardware and software.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of product management experience with physical products
• Experience with dictation hardware is ideal
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Structured, analytical mindset with user-centric approach
• Proven track record of driving innovation and product discovery
• Ability to translate complex user needs into product decisions
• Strong stakeholder management across technical, commercial and operational partners

Aufgaben

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the SPS hardware portfolio
• Drive innovation and identify new form factors and technologies
• Engage customers and partners through discovery, visits and trade fairs
• Define and prioritize hardware initiatives balancing value, cost, manufacturability and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with Hardware Engineering and Software Product Managers
• Ensure hardware and software evolve as one product experience
• Manage full product lifecycle from concept to launch and sunset
• Create roadmaps, business cases and product reports
• Coordinate roll-out with Sales, Marketing and Support
• Act as internal product expert and ambassador for the hardware portfolio
