Job summary

Redeem Solar Technologies is seeking a Product Development Specialist to drive development and optimization of flow reactors, catalysts, and photocatalytic systems for chemical research, renewable energy, and industrial applications.

You will collaborate with engineering, R&D, and marketing to translate concepts into market-ready solutions, conduct testing and data analysis, and prepare robust technical documentation while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product development and commercialization, preferably in chemical engineering, renewable energy, or sustainable technologies.
• Strong understanding of flow chemistry, catalysis, photocatalysis, and related fields.
• Hands-on experience with reactor systems, catalyst development, and laboratory testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and improvement of Redeem Solar Technologies’ products, particularly flow reactors, catalysts, and photocatalytic systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and marketing to identify and execute on new product opportunities and solutions.
• Identify and engage with potential customers, build strong relationships, and promote Redeem’s products to meet their needs.
• Conduct product testing, characterization, and data analysis to optimize performance and ensure reliability and quality.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, operational procedures, and product manuals.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and feedback, and incorporate this into product enhancements and new features.
