Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or HR is required; relevant certifications preferred.
• 10+ years in procurement, supply chain transformation, or related areas.
• Strong experience designing GCC/shared services processes and ERP transformations (SAP S/4HANA a plus).
• Proven stakeholder management, workshops, and influencing senior leaders across multiple workstreams.

• Lead the design of GCC S2P procurement processes aligned with global standards.
• Define future-state operating models and collaborate across Procurement, GBSO, ERP teams.
• Drive procurement design workshops and embed requirements in cross-functional decisions.
• Review and govern process documentation, workflows, SOPs, and AI outputs for quality.
• Support transition and service readiness with training materials and Day-1 capability.
• Establish service performance frameworks with SLAs, KPIs, risk management.
• Identify automation and digital enablement to scale procurement operations.
