Roche in Rotkreuz seeks a Global Supply Chain Process Architect to design end-to-end planning and ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, and FDA regulations across S&OP/IBP, Demand, and Inventory Planning.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams, apply Lean and advanced analytics to optimize safety stock and cycle times, and coach regional planners on global process standards.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical supply chain.
• Experience designing/global planning frameworks (S&OP/IBP, Demand, Supply, Inventory).
• In-depth knowledge of GDP/GMP, FDA/21 CFR, and other international regulations.

• Architect End-to-End planning processes including S&OP/IBP and Inventory Optimization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across planning workflows and audits.
