Overview

This position is responsible for leading the procurement department, where you’ll be responsible for leading two team members along with the following:

  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance for both local and international vendors
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to optimise cost savings and efficiency
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into SAP and CRM systems
  • Prepare and present regular procurement reports to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
  • Identify and implement system and process improvements to increase efficiency
Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will have over 4-5 years of experience working in a similar procurement role with experience managing 2-3 people. Ideally have experience with SAP and be passionate about leading and maintaining relationships with key suppliers.
