Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer regulierten Branche, vorzugsweise im Bereich QA/Procurement/Logistik.
• Hohe Selbstorganisationsfähigkeiten und soziale Kompetenz.

Procurement Specialist (m/f/x) - limited until November 2027

We are a specialty vaccine company that develops, manufactures, and commercializes prophylactic vaccines for infectious diseases addressing unmet medical needs.

We have leveraged our expertise and capabilities both to commercialize three vaccines, including the world's first and only chikungunya vaccine, and to rapidly advance a broad range of vaccine candidates into and through the clinic, including candidates against Lyme disease, Shigella and Zika.

Responsibilities

• Creation of Purchase orders
• Raise and follow-up on deviations and Change Requests
• Creates Risk Assessment documents for SCM-owned processes
• Ensures cGMP compliance in processes, SCM-owned SOP's and form sheets
• Act as SCM-link to QA department
• Support establishment of validation and qualification documents for equipment
• Creation and maintenance of Master Data
• Support at initiatives to prepare SCM for new ERP

Requirements

• At least five (5) years relevant cross functional work experience in a regulated industry, preferably within the QA/Procurement/Logistics area
• Effective communication abilities, capacity to work in a fast changing environment
• High self-organizing abilities, social competence, combined with business orientated behaviour
• Independent work style, strategic and analytical (process)-approach
• Very good proficiency in English and German

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 52.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. However, our salaries are market oriented and in line with your qualifications and experience.
