Zusammenfassung

Starlinger is seeking a Buyer (m/f/d) in Weissenbach an der Triesting to manage administrative purchasing, oversee master data in our ERP system, and ensure timely orders. You will maintain supplier and item data, enter terms, and support commercial processes to keep data quality high.

You will coordinate with Finance and QA on price and delivery discrepancies, monitor reminders and renewals, and enjoy a home office option (one day per week) with flexible hours.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial apprenticeship and 1–5 years in administration and order processing.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong German (C2) and English (B2) written communication.
• Reliable, meticulous, service- and team-oriented.

Aufgaben

• Process orders promptly and accurately from requisitions and reorder points.
• Collect and check order confirmations and enter them into the system; ensure terms are correct.
• Create and maintain supplier, item and terms master data in the ERP system; enter framework agreements and delivery times.
• Resolve price, quantity and material discrepancies with finance, QA and suppliers; assist with returns and credits.
• Monitor delivery dates, handle reminders for late deliveries and track contract terminations and renewals.
