Zusammenfassung

FACC AG in Austria is seeking a Procurement Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure products and processes meet top quality standards within the supply chain. You will identify improvement areas, minimize errors and boost efficiency, contributing to customer satisfaction and the company’s long‑term competitiveness.

The role covers supplier QA, AS9102 FAI, audits, improvement projects, and close collaboration with suppliers.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years’ relevant professional experience in quality assurance within procurement/quality management.
• Auditor accreditation.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and German (business proficiency).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• SAP experience in quality assurance.
• Willingness to travel (at least 20%).
• International experience.

Aufgaben

• Preparing supplier complaints, including MRB, coordination with other departments, returns and settlement
• Requesting root cause analyses, including corrective and preventive measures (8D, A3, 5 Whys, etc.)
• Drafting claims and actively participating in negotiations
• Quality responsibility across the entire supply chain for a commodity
• FAI acceptance in accordance with AS9102 (including on-site and with the customer)
• Conducting process and product audits (with customer contact)
• Quality planning for suppliers (quality plans, FAI, ATP, goods-in inspection)
• Conducting supplier qualifications and process approvals
• Drawing up improvement plans for suppliers, in consultation with customers
• Implementing and leading improvement projects (external/internal)
• Collaboration in the supplier selection process
• Organising meetings with suppliers
• Willingness to travel (at least 20%)

In the Quality department, you ensure that products and processes meet the highest quality standards. Your work is crucial to maximising customer satisfaction and ensuring the company’s long‑term competitiveness.

Your annual salary is based on your previous professional experience and educational level and ranges between € 43.000,- und € 55.000,- gross pa. full‑time basis.
