You will lead projects, manage change, and deliver training while ensuring information integrity across SharePoint and ABB Intranet. Strong German and English communication is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Information Systems or Procurement with strong technical understanding.
• Solid knowledge of SAP MM; familiarity with other eProcurement tools is a plus; SAP customizing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in German and English (both mandatory).
• Highly organized and structured work approach, with strong attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Lead procurement projects with a strong focus on eProcurement and process optimization. Act as a key representative of Global Procurement in cross‑functional business initiatives.
• Drive change management activities to support successful adoption of new processes and tools. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user capabilities and ensure smooth implementation.
• Create, maintain, and manage information for internal and external stakeholders through platforms such as SharePoint and the ABB Intranet.
• Plan and evaluate strategic initiatives related to Procurement Excellence and Digital Transformation in close collaboration with the Global Procurement Leadership Team.
• Drive and support PEDT&R initiatives, including License to Operate topics, administrative activities, and execution of compliance controls.
