International Atomic Energy Agency seeks a Procurement Consultant in the MTPS-Office of Procurement Services to lead and support major procurement projects. The role reports to Team Leaders and requires expert knowledge in procurement and market analysis.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field and has at least one year of experience in procurement, logistics or project management, preferably within an international organization. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in procurement, logistics and/or project management, preferably in an international organization.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of other IAEA languages is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide procurement expertise and advice.
• Conduct market research and suppliers' base analysis.
• Produce procurement documentation and reports for procurement projects.
• Develop and advise on procurement strategies and risk plans.
• Provide advice during the procurement evaluation process.
• Perform price analysis, benchmarking and supplier due diligence.
• Develop and track KPIs for supplier performance.
• Monitor timelines and progress of procurement projects.
• Report on progress of the procurement portfolio.
