About the Role

As a Processing Supervisor, you will lead and support a dedicated Processing Team to meet production targets, ensure food safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement across our operations. From planning daily processing schedules to supervising CIP cycles and managing blend documentation, you will have full operational oversight to ensure that honey is processed in accordance with all regulatory and quality standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced FMCG environments and is passionate about coaching and developing their team.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Own

• Plan and oversee daily honey processing and blending to meet production targets.
• Lead CIP, decanting, hot room and tank operations.
• Supervise CIP and hygiene cycles for tanks, decant systems, and equipment.
• Monitor blend picking, staging, hot room loading/unloading, and resolve processing discrepancies.
• Ensure all documentation and scanning meet compliance and audit standards.
• Lead daily Small Business Unit (SBU) meetings and deliver daily performance reporting.
• Train, coach and empower your team — from onboarding to excellence.
• Support team performance and manage underperformance in line with company policies.
• Champion food safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Create a culture of safety, accountability and sustainable thinking.

What You Bring:

• Proven leadership experience in food or FMCG processing.
• Strong communication, scheduling and decision-making abilities.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Confident with digital systems (ERP/QAD/Scada preferred).
• HACCP, GMP, and WHS knowledge – you walk the talk.
• Forklift licence a bonus.
