Flex is seeking a Process Quality Engineer in Althofen (Carinthia) to ensure top‑precision manufacturing. You will release products based on records and tests, monitor KPIs such as FOR and Yield, and report on quality performance.

The role requires collaboration in a multinational setting, with room for ongoing training and growth. Responsibilities include leading root-cause analyses, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvements with the PQE team.

Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission‑critical applications.

Werde Teil unseres starken Teams in Althofen (Kärnten) als Process Quality Engineer (m/w/d)

Das erwartet dich bei uns:

• Bei uns werden Produkte in höchster Präzision gefertigt.
• Basierend auf den Auf‑zeichnungen und Prüfergebnissen gibst du die Lieferungen frei.
• Du überwachst die Qualitätsleistung der Produkte anhand der definierten KPIs wie FOR und Yield einschließlich Qualitätsberichterstattung.
• Sollten dennoch Retouren oder Reklamationen vom Kunden eintreffen, bist du als Teil der PQE für deren Analysen und Korrekturen zuständig.
• Du leitest und koordinierst die Ursachenanalysen und stellst sicher, dass die richtigen Maßnahmen getroffen werden.
• Wir streben ständig nach Verbesserungen.
• Daher leitest du mit dem Team Korrekturmaßnahmen ein, überwachst diese.

Das bringst du mit:

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im mechanischen oder elektrischen Bereich (Lehre, FS, HTL, FH) mit Berufserfahrung
• Eigenverantwortliche, genaue und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten im internationalen Umfeld (Englisch in Wort und Schrift)
• Innovationsgeist und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Teamplayer‑Mentalität – Du bringst Dich ein und ziehst mit dem Team an einem Strang
